NBN Joins Coalition Supporting Improved Truck Standards

NBN joined with 29 partners – including Earthjustice, ALIGN, NYPLI, and NRDC, to submit comments to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation urging it to implement California’s diesel emission rules for medium and heavy duty vehicles. Adopting these new rules would considerably limit exposure to harsh emissions and deeply impact negative health outcomes faced by lower income communities and communities of color.
