River Street Project – Two Trees’ Responds

Earlier this year, NBN hosted a community meeting about Two Trees’ River Street Master Plan, a development plan for two waterfront parcels formerly owned by Con Edison, and the ULURP process. The meeting generated dozens of questions about the project from residents concerned about affordable housing, gentrification, sustainability, and other issues.

Those questions were sent to Two Trees in early March so that the company can be on the record about concerns raised by community members.

Please find Two Trees’ responses to those questions below.

Please note: North Brooklyn Neighbors did not take part in the development of the responses nor does the organization endorse them. All responses were provided by the developer, Two Trees Management.
