River Street Community Meeting

Join us on Thursday, February 13th for a special community meeting at The Williamsburg Hotel about Two Trees Management’s proposed River Street Master Plan, a development plan for two waterfront parcels formerly owned by Con Edison.

The site runs along the waterfront from Grand Ferry Park to North 3rd Street and is bounded on the east by River Street and a New York Power Authority facility on River Street. The site’s plan includes two residential rental towers and a waterfront park – it requires a rezoning.

The meeting will include a ULURP process (rezoning) explainer, led by the Center for Urban Pedagogy, and breakout sessions to organize responses to the plan.
